Unreliable Edgards Stores services and systems

I made payment on the 15th of January 2021 via EFT and still to this day they have not allocated the payment to my account (granted the reference was incorrect) but having spoken to more than 10 people all promising to have the matter resolved, today I get a message saying my account is still overdue. I honestly don't understand how they work and how their systems are structured but this is unacceptable. I am so bored and annoyed.
