UNRELIABLE Cellphone Insurance

<p>I have cellphone insurance with Edgars. On the 8th of November I took my cellphone insurance claim documents at Edgars in Bloem Plaza. The gentleman that was helping me, think his name is Themba, told me I should come to the store after 4 days to come get my phone.</p> <p>On the 15th I called the store to find out if I can come pick the phone I claimed for and no one could help me because Themba was not at work . I </p> <p>I physically went to the store on the 17th and Themba told me the insurance system has been offline hence my claim has not been processed yet.</p> <p>Almost 2 weeks later after claiming and I haven't heard anything from the insurance and this is unacceptable.</p>
