Unprofessional Service

So I visited Edgars Woodlands in Pretoria East on Sunday morning. Got it, went to pay and the card did not go through. Nothing wrong with my account, so not sure what the issue was. The lady had to make calls to find out whats going on, as it progressed she got very aggitated and unfriendly, to the point of me wanting to go to the manager, but time was already against me. It's not my fault the card did not go through, and then 10 min later suddenly it works. My time was also ******, you did not see me take it out on other people. Very unprofessional!!!!!! If you don't want to work with customers and atleast try and be friendly, then quit your job or get training.
