Unprofessional & poor customer experience

<p>On the 19th Dec I went into the Edgars west street Durban and made a purchase of R185.97 (the top was marked down from R179 to R126 & I purchased accessories as well)</p> <p>When the cashier was charging my items she had to do a price change for the marked down item and I paid with my debit card,, the eft slip printed and this was charged to my account but the sales docket did not print, then her credit controller Shamilla Heeramani said that the amount will not reflect on my account and she did another eft and asked me to sign, when I checked the eft voucher it reflected an amount of R239.92, so I asked her why is the amount not R185.97. When she checked she said that she did not do the manual change for the marked down item instead she gave me R53.95 back in change. So why couldn’t she give me back the R185.97.</p> <p>As a matter of interest there were 2 eft purchases printed on 2 different tills, and one of the cashiers would have shown an overage anyway …, yet I had to inconvenience myself and time to follow-up on the store and staff inconsistencies because the sales docket did not print yet both the eft purchases went through my cheque account</p> <p>I advised her that if these 2 amounts R185.97 & R239.92 still show as purchases on my cheque account then Edgars owes me R185.97. She said that she will log a call and get back to me within 24hrs. I logged this call on the 21st December and today is the 23rd and still do not have any feedback.</p> <p>Please can someone get back me as Edgar’s owes me R185.97??</p> <p> </p>
