UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER

Good day

On the 40-04-2023, I went into your Gateway store. I chose an item off the shelf which was priced at R799.99 but was scratched out with a black marker but the price was still visible. Went to pay the item was scanning R950. So I said sorry but is not that price marked on the tag. So they called a manager by the name of Noxi, bad attitude. She said but we had a price change. I said fair enough but you did not put in the correct price. I see R799.99, that's what I will pay. She refused and then I asked for someone above her. A professional Thandike came and then Noxi told her I am demanding to pay R799.99. I thought that statement was totally unprofessional. Thandike then explained to her the price on the tag is what the customer should pay. She walked away with a bad attitude and didn't even apologize. Thandike had to apologize on her behalf.

It's really shocking as loyal customers to be treated in this manner.
