Unprofessional Floor Manager

We bough clothes at Edgar's Clearwater mall and the one short was too big for my daughter to wear for Christmas and one dress too small,so we were near Westgate mall and tried to change them 3days after being bought but the cashier realized that the label was damaged of which we did not realize when buying and call Faziel the floor manager who just came in rude as he was advise by the cashier of the situation. He came and spoke with attitude and he was very unprofessional and rude.i tried to e plain that we bought the clothes for Christmas and we did not see the label also since the shorts still had tags and pricing I tagged but he rudely dismiss us and told us to go change it at Clearwater were we claimed we bought it....
