Unprofessional and ********* treatment by EdgarsRCS group.

Can somebody please assist. Edgars has turned into a monster harassing clients since RCS group took over and it seems nobody cares. I have sent numerous emails made a lot of calls to enquire on my account which has a balance that did not reflect payments made and reflects purchases I did not make. Agents seem not to be interested, are so very much in a hurry to wrap up the call with no resolution or clear explanation and so very rude in the process. Emails seem not to be read and addresses given through on statements return undelivered. What on earth is this and can somebody please guide on how to deal with this
