Unprofessional and *********** Edgars

Horrible experience shopping online at Edgars on the 30th April 2020. My order was successful however I didn't not get confirmation of my order from their online system. I followed up via email, social media and contacting their contact center still to no avail. I was eventually informed that my order was canceled and the mount of the order refunded. I have requested Edgar's to provide me with proof of refund and this has not reflected on my account. I have even sent copies of my bank statement for May and June to indicate no such refund was effected. The order number is *** and reference number: ***.
