Unprocessed claim for 4 months

They really deserve no rating for the poor service and no communication. ***

Centurion Mall is the *********** branch I put my claim to and it was not processed 4 months ago. I am so disappointed with your service @Edgars regarding processing my claim for the Edgars account owed. This makes me sick, really. I have sent this document that was required numerous times and there was yet again no feedback whether my claim is being processed or what is taking long if it is being processed, but from the Edgars statement i recieved clearly there has been no action taken to resolve this matter. I once again ask that this matter be taken seriously and my claim be processed. This is the 4th month that I have been requesting my claim to be settled as I have been retrenched from work. If this Edgars account gets handed over to the legal department, my name will be tarnished!! Do something!!!! I am jobless now and I need support!
