Unpleasant cashier

I was at Edgars Keywest earlier this afternoon and the cashier didn't even greet us and still didn't even say goodbye/thank u upon departure. It felt more like she's doing us a favor for being there. Her name is Samkelisiwe Hlatswayo. I dont know where did she get her customer service training.
