Unpaid account

I have payed off my Edgars account last year which is December 2020, from January 2021i have been receiving calls from the depth collector's from Edgars informing me that I am owing Edgars. I went to Edgars store a lady helped me. But they are still calling me everyday to say I am owing them, I have tried to resolve this issue but am not winning. I don't know what to do now, please help me
