Unneccesary additional charges on Edgars Account

I have just noticed that Edgars charges me a monthly R30.00 service fee for the credit facility and a compulsory insurance for account protection. Both of which I don't need as i have private insurance and my account is always paid in advance.

Sadly I learnt that these fees are not negotiable when i queried with the Call Centre and I am disheartened to learn that i will have to pay Edgars an additional R50.00 for services i do not need or requested.

What a ******* Edgars!!
