********ly being charged interest inefficient remittance staff
Edgars still has not updated my payment regardless of the proof of payments sent to them the account is ********ly accumulating interest and I am struggling to close the stupid account.

29 Jul 2020, 16:33It’s unacceptable I’ve paid in May and your remittance department is not allocating my payment now I can’t close my account and the account is accumulating interest I’m reporting you to the consumer tribunal as well as ombudsman.
