******** late service charges

Just Last month I comlained about the ******** late payment charges Edgars put on my account. Edgars called and Explained that althouh I paid on time every month, and sometime pay more than my monthly installment. Late payment charges are added to your account. Accepted. but R29 interest on Aprox R150?????? something is up. So I decised to pay my bill earlier and I pay R150 extra. AGAIN LATE PAYMENT CHARGES OF R17.16. WHO CAN I COMPLAIN TO.
