Unknown Subscription
I would like to lay a complain regarding my edgars account . I have had this cell c subscription of R 39.00 since May . I do not even use cell i use mtn but have this subcription every month for a network i am not even using . I ahve phoned egdars and they put me through a ( RMCS ) Tsidi call centre i had to hold for more then 30 min before being attended too. I d not understand how RMCS got my details with out my permisssion . I even went to the branch and i still did not receive any assistance .
