Unknown policy changes
This is ridiculous. Change of policies when it suits them and the customer is not aware. I need to change a transaction on my account from 6 to 12 so i can pay them but due to policies, they cannot. I have done this before and had the 6 and 12 month available on my account, i only have the 6 available. I need this transaction changed to 12.

Kindly note that your account is on a 6months payment plan therefore it can be migrated to a 12month interest bearing account . However if the account was opened on a 12 month plan it cannot be switched to a 6 month plan .
