Unknown charges

Ever since RCS took over my Edgar's account is a nightmare..they don't show purchases on the statement..they charge extra for things I know nothing about .in January I was told that my account is in arrears as I didn't make a payment .sent them POP and all I got was an apology however I have been charged collection fees for sms ..calls and letter..the statement doesn't show the amount due or the installment. It is just a nightmare for real .cellphone insurance has sky rocketed and now they choose a cellphone replacement...I'm just disgusted by Edgars Nou.
