Unhelpful

As Edgars Menlyn is a HUGE shop, my friend and I lost each other. I decided to go to a pay point to ask if someone could help me look for her. I am also visually impaired. The woman I approached was so unhelpful by firstly informing me that an announcement could not be made and their announcement system was broken even though announcement from the perfume section were being made. Then the woman took a phone call and I had to wait. By now, my friend would have been kidnapped. While she was yapping away the remaining woman at the till just stared and me and said nothing. Probably a trainee learning to be useless. The first woman eventually returned and after emphasising how not in the mood she was to help and making me feel guilty by demanding why we could loose each other as well as me not having my dellular phone with me. I found my friend, only by spotting her myself and not in anyway by the help of the edgards staff member. PATHETIC!.
