Unhappy with lack of Assistance!!

i have sent an email requesting to cancel the financial plans i have on my accounts. i am also paying for cell phone subscription fee that i NEVER agreed to nor requested. Thirdly i request for my credit limit to be DECREASED. this was all a month ago. to date i have NOT been assisted. i phoned the call center held on for hours only to be told that i must send an email. this is not acceptable!
