UNHAPPY WITH EDGARS CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am very unhappy with Edgars customer service. I'm with a company that is consolidating all my debt, and for two months I've been struggling to get a settlement letter from Edgars. I need this letter as my account needs to be closed, and no one has been able to assist me - which i find very unbelievable. The longer my account stays open, the amount keeps accumulating - and i find this very unsettling as i have been trying to close it.

if someone can assist me with getting a settlement letter & closing my account - i would be very grateful.
