Unhappy Online Experience Follow UP!

I am very disappointed with my previous online order. I received 2 watches and 1 watch was refunded. At no point in time I was notified that the 1 watch was out of stock, when i added the 3x watches to cart and made payment all was in order. Also on the delivery note the 1 watch that was refunded was struck off with a pen line. I did query it with 1 of the Edgars stores staff and was said this was incorrect. Also on the delivery document it stipulates that if the item is marked with an * it will be credited to my account/credit card. Reason: Out of Stock. I have the document with me and it has no * on it to show out of stock for this watch. I also checked Online and this watch is available on the Edgars Online. I emailed all this information to the Edgars customer Care and it is gone more than 3 days without any feedback. I am extremely disappointed knowing that the item was available and removed incorrectly.
