Unhappy customer

Took a tablet that was puchased there a few months ago to repair. The tablet did have a few dents. The advisor n i went thru damages together. I left the tablet. After 3 weeks i went to find out about tablet repairs. I was informed by another female the tablet never left the store cos of damages. Wen i looked at the tablet it was damaged alot. The screen was lifting but wen i left the tablet for repairs there was no such damage. To add to it apparantly the manager was off and the sales lady was very rude
