Unhappy customer

I went to purchase event tickets at the Cellular counter and Mohuo the guy on duty today couldnt attend to me instead he said he would check if they have tickets then next thing he was assisting a lady looking for a cellphone whilst i was waiting at a counter for him ...he then came back to the same spot i was waiting for him a gentle man came and he attended to his needs yet still i wait to purchase my tickets..i then asked him how can he attend everyone all at once ...he gave me attitude and told me they came first but they had to go else where i then asked him during our dialogue when did he communicate with me, atleast let me know that he will attend to me rather than leaving me hanging for lord knows what...i couldnt get the manager....i am upset to receive such approach and i want an apology from him
