Unhappy customer

Good day, I recently made an online purchase, ref number, PNJ***7. I receive a call that the order has been delivered at Clearwater Mall store on the 5th May for my collection.

I went into the store on the 8th May to pick it up and I was told that without some 6 digit number, they couldn't hand over the items.

The assistant was very helpful and tried calling the courier company who weren't helpful I requested that they cancel the order but I was requested to please allow for someone to call me and resolve the issue. I obliged because the ladies were really trying to assist me.

2 days later no one has called me back. I am still without the purchased items.

I am no longer interested in items after the challenge noted above.

Kindly assist me to cancel the order and process the refund to my account.
