Unhappy customer

Today i made a purchase at Edgars Promenade.. purchased a backpack of R299 nd a gift bag of R44 .. only to realise when i came home opened the bag to find the security tags on both of the items. Since it was a gift i had no time to return the items for then to remove the tags,i had to break the tags with a hammer resulting in both of the items being damaged.. never buying from them again
