Unhappy Client

I was under debt review and my debt review was cancelled over a year ago. My Edgars account has been paid in full for more than 4 years ago. I tried to re-open my account today and now you refuse me. The lady at Edgars in Bethlehem phoned the new accounts department and without even asking my ID number they just declined my application. I phone them myself on ********** and again the lady did not even ask my ID number and to check into it and declined my application. The lady also told me that I will never get an Edgars card again. One of my friends was under debt review as well and a mere five months after she finished her debt review she was accepted and Edgars issued a new card to her again. What is good for the goose is good for the gander. So I would like to have definite answer as to why my application was declined without even entering my credentials into your system to check if I even qualify.

Yes, I was under debt review and I was going through a tough financial period but I paid my debt in full. I went through all the steps to get my name of ITC. So who are you to judge me.
