unhappy client

Hello Peter<br> <br> On 03 / 02 /2015 I've bought a cellphone (ZTE Blade L2) from Edgar's cape gate on a friends account as her account was new i had to pay in an amount of R400 in order to get the phone which was R1900. <br> Four months down the line the phone just didn't want to charge anymore, when put on charge it shows it charge but doesn't charge. After submitting the phone i got a call back from them (Helga Edgar's Cape Gate) and they've inform me its liquid damage and will amount to R392 in order for them to fix it. Now im not a tech but i have had many cellphones and there was no indication of liquid damage to my general knowledge. This is clearly a case of the build in battery. <br> So four months down the line i have to pay another R400 this is clearly a case of ripping me off. <br> In this case they might as well keep the phone, give my friend her credit back and give me back my R400.<br> I will be sure to warn my friends, family and co-workers about this incident.<br> (my friends name is Yulin Arendse)<br> <br> Kind Regards<br> Mr CC Slabbert<br>
