Unhappy and irretated customer

Went to Edgars Zevenwacht on Saturday for the 2 for 2 sale. Bought 4 items, got 2 free. When the 2 did not fit, I returned it to have it exchanged and after a long wait because there was only 2 behind the tills, I was told that I could not exchange for a more expensive item and pay in the difference. Bought another 4 items. Now I'm sitting with 8 items of which there are 4 items that does not fit and guess what, they refuse to refind the 4 that I do not want and give me the 2 for 2 deal on the 4 that I do want. I went there yesterday for the 3rd time and by now I have had it.

On top of it all, the people behind the tills hardly know what they are doing as they are constantly asking each other for assistance.

Edgars has really downgraded on their services and products.

I need someone who actually knows how to fix this to make contact with me.
