Unhappy about Edgars online orders

Edgars I placed an order with you on 16 July till today I have not received my parcel or been updated on what the hold up is. I have to keep calling to find out what is happening, when you give me a delivery date , no one says anything no email no text no call , I have to call the next day to find out what is happening with my order. Courier company says you have not handed over my order, this means more days of waiting!!!!
