Unhappy

have an account for more then 30 yrs and since they have taken over have I been waiting for 4 months for statement. I have given my email address to 5 people that were phoning me. I had null balance and all of sudden I have balance of over R400 rand. After my null balance I could not purchase anything because they suspected someone purchase on my account.

Please help
