Unfriendly and rude staff

Edgars west street has very poor service , I was insulted by an employee/staff (nonto Zwane) when I asked her to help me ,she was rude in assisting me in finding shoes ,hence made my experience at edgars terrible they should train their employees to be kinder to customers and provide better service ,so disappointed never shopping there again.
