Unfair treatment

i went to edgars polokwane to buy something. after finishing with the cashier i was told the doors to the street where i parked were closed and i have to take a long route to get to my car. it was raining and i was expected to walk in the rain and im heavily pregnant but the security guard said they cant open the door because they are scared of being ******. Now that really indicated to me that the store is not safe and it means customers are not safe as well. when i refused to take the longer route they said to me i must use the staff entrance, they made me climb a whole lot of stairs despite my condition only to find out that they are taking me to the same exit. Now how can you fool a pregnat lady like that???? it shows that they didnt care they just wanted to get rid of me. most shops close theirs doors but the security will be at the door until the last customer goes out. Now i have flu beacuse i had to walk in the rain. im also in pain because of the stairs they made me climb. the entrance i used did not have stairs.
