unfair practice
My partner paid my account on 14 April 2015. I went in Edgars store Tygervalley to purchase an item yesterday and I was very embarrassingly advised that my account is in arrears. This has never ever happened to me before. I queried this at customer service upstairs and was advised the last recorded payment was 25 March 2015. I have a slip/ proof of payment on the 14 April 2015. Can you please sort this out as I will not be responsible for an bad payment profile on ITC due to your irregularities. Payment was made at Jet N1 City 14 April 2015 reference as per slip: JR *** (very unclear) Payment of R1439 by my partners debit card. Cashier Sinezo Xhelo SN: *** paid at time 15:19:37...reference for one the emails: ***/S.G.N. I have ever since 7 May been in and out of the store, brought in a bank statement, proof of purchase was faxed to head office as requested. I have received a statement yesterday advising me my account is in arrears and interest added. I sent an email again two days ago no response. Worst service ever!!!
