Unfair

Do not buy a phone at Edgars, let alone a techno phone. I bought my husband a gift in April and i was even happy techno had a special on their spark 7 pro for R1000 less the normal price. 4 months down the line this phone started restarting on it's on it basically was not working. My husband returned it only to be told it will be sent to the service provider and he will get it back in 6 weeks, who can stay without a phone for over a month and mind you he is self employed and all his clients communicate with him via his phone. Fast track after 2 weeks there was no word from Edgars so he went back and asked that they keep the phone and he get's his money back, they refused and say the only thing he can do is get another tecno of the same price, if he gets a cheaper device he wont get the balance it will just be his loss. I really felt this was unfair and iam here warning anyone thinking of buying their cellphone at edgars.
