Unexplainable charges on my Edgars Account after its paid off

I had such a bad experience with EDGARS (Edcon), I never want to deal with them again. I paid up my last of the VIP Subscription and Cleared the account (With proof) to be charged again some outstanding amount couple months later. They even put interest on the outstanding amount. I had to find out via my FNB app that I am behind on payments and are listed. I called them 3 times to sort this out and are still waiting for their 24 hour response or feedback weeks later. AND, I still owe them money. Apparently you can't pay the total outstanding amount on a statement and then owe them nothing.
