After 10 years I started using this account. The details were not updated nor any correspondence received. Due to not receiving a statement I believed payment should be completed at the end of January 2019. Today I received a call stipulating that the account has been handed over. In terms of NCA this is a breach of contract. Furthermore I believe I have been treated unfairly as a consumer! I would like this matter to be investigated and a reference to be emailed as soon as possible as it will be escalated to the respective Regulatory authorities.
