Disappointed with Edgars. The store's social media platforms advertised that there would be a sale on Heals from the 20th of November 2020 - 30 November 2020 whilst stock last. Got to the shop today, found the shoe i wanted in the perfect size and i was told that there was no sale on the shoe. There are no contact details of the store, the manager or regional manager non, whatsoever. Very poor customer service from the call Centre people. The information that this company provides is very misleading to customers and it exploit customers.
