********* behaviour from Edgars and VVM

I have been have numerous problems with Edgars. I fell into arrears due to various circumstances. However I did manage to make arrangements and kept to my payment arrangement, however when I could not pay a few months due to Covid, I advised them accordingly via various emails which ther *********** staff could not assist. After a trail of emails communicating with Edgars they still handed me me over to VVM Attorneys. I received a call from Patricia from VVM Attorneys on 12 January 2021 giving me an option to settle the account, she called me back confirming that her manager and Edgars agreed that I could be settled on 31 January 2021. I settled the account on 31st January 2021 and sent an e-mail with my proof of payment and requested my paid up letter. The proof of payment was sent to both Edgars and VVM on the 1st February 2021. I have had no response from either parties. I then sent another e-mail on the 7th February, still no response. I furthermore sent another email on 12th February and still no response. In the interim they have listed me on ITC and have handed me over to Collebhu on the 11th February 2021, this after I settled my account on the 1st February 2021! I find this ridiculous and *********! I have tried calling their call centre however the staff is even more *********** and lack trainning as my calls get dropped after they put me on hold for about 15 minutes! I have tried calling from a Edgars branch and the same happens. It saddens me that a loyal client of 26 years can be treated this way and no empathy from them especially during the Covid pandamic. Then they have the nerve not to respond to my emails and list me on ITC and hand me over to an attorney for an account that is settled. I am so appalled and will definately be escalating this ********* behaviour from them . I am extremely angry and upset!!!!!! However they obviously don't care about their clients. I will definately be taking my business elsewhere.
