********* behaviour from Edgards Insurance Team

<p>Good day Sir/Madame!</p> <p>I insured my gadget with Finrite through Edgars. the device was insured for the value of R3500-00 at the time, the premium was automatically deducted from my Edgars Account. Unfortunately I was got ****** and the device was ******, Finrite tells me that it has approved the claim for R2000-00 and R600-00 excess whilst the market value of the device is currently R3000-00. I ask the consultant why is the payout only R2000-00 she said that it's the current value of the device, I ask her if she can get me the device at price that I'll gladly pay the excess, she said that there is nothing she can do. I'm sitting with half of the value of my gadget whilst my premium is still being deducted from Edgars account, that's ********* and very dissapointing.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist in need another gadget</p>
