Unerwhelming service

Recently I went into the Hemingways store to change my card from the old Edgars one to the new. The process took forever and the consultant also asked for my pin and punched it in. I really do hope that I'll not have any hassles in future. I also noted that the amount for which I can now buy has been curtailed. This was not communicated to me. Generally the service at the branch is underwhelming.
