Underhand behavior

i opened an account with edgarz last month at edgarz west street, when i tried paying my account yesterday i was told of a sum above what i had purchased with the service fee, when i asked how the amount accumilated i was told about some extra services i had not requested and was not told of when the account was explained to me, instead of sending me threatening messages about my credit reference, sort out my account so i can pay the remaining balance i am not paying for something i didnt request let alone knew about this is very underhand of you edgarz and someone else alerted me to this hence is why i checked, u r fast getting a reputation of ripping people off, plz sort it out
