Uncomfortable shopping environment

Since December 2015 it has been so uncomfortable shopping in your shop. When you walk into your shop it feels like the heater is on. I can hardly be in your store for 30 minutes before it feels as if I'm going to faint due to the lack of fresh air. There is absolutely no circulation of fresh air in your shop. When I queried the staff the only answer I get is that it has been that way since December. Not only is it uncomfortable ( since Durban has high humidity levels) but it is also a health hazard. Please can you investigate and take the appropriate action to resolve this matter a.s.a.p.
