uncomfortable shoe

I have purchased a adidas neo from Edgar's there is an extra piece of leather on the inside which is causing blisters . I walk to the store spoke to 3 different senior staff including the store manager who basically ask me to go direct to adidas and do his run around and come back to him with a report .I went to adidas store who willingly helped me booking this shoe in and sending it for assessment even thou I not purchased from them and returned with feedback that there is a problem but cannot give me a written report as Edgar's requested .on this day I had to purchase another shoe from Edgar's as I couldn't walk . all the inconvenience I had to go through yet not received a call from the store manager of Edgar's checking if there was anything that he could help with.<br> I must show appreciation to the adidas team gateway for helping in this situation that Edgar's has turned they backs on.<br> Its yet to be resolved
