Unclear Debt

Kindly assist me with the problem i experienced with Edgars after paying them all the money i owe them.

My name is Given Sipho Mahlangu ID ***, i used have an Clothing Account with Edgars which was paid up in full last year

I'm trying to open account with other stores but my name still reflect that I'm still owing Edgars money , when i go and complain to the stores , they told me they cant assist me because they have my name on their records,
