Unauthorized Subscriptions on account and Failure to remove it

In December I noticed that subscriptions was on my account which I never signed up for. Cell C Airtime subscription fee and Mobile Vault backup subs. I have never even used Cell C in my life. R130 was going off on my account for more than a year. I have called in to get the subscriptions cancelled on my account for the past 2 months with failure from Edgars. Consultant after consultant promising me that it will get cancelled yet again just to receive another statement with it still on my account. Getting reference numbers for the calls and even reference numbers stating that the subscriptions has been cancelled. The most ridiculous service I have ever received in my entire life. If it is such a struggle to get this cancelled I don't want to begin to think how terrible it is going to be to get all that money reimbursed. I am thinking of taking legal action but don't know who to sue. Is it Edgars, RCS or their service providers?
