Unauthorized subscription charges added

A warning to all ThankU and Edgars account holders... you think your account is free, but check your statements and you'll likely find a subscription charge that you probably never agreed to. And it's just a modest enough amount that you wouldn't notice the affect on your monthly repayments. How long have I been paying for something I never agreed to, that is of no use to me?? I should be demanding a reconciliation and a refund. What's more, I sent a request to cancel my ZERO-BALANCE account and was told I'd have to pay a cancelation fee. Which I did, 2 weeks ago. Guess what I just got? Another statement for subscription charges!!! Edgars, I will not stop until someone sorts this out. And so help me, if I have to go to an outlet, I'll make an even bigger noise about it.
