Unauthorized sign up

For months I haven't recieved my Edgars statement, eventually got my account statement from Edgars to find that I've been signed up for their monthly VIP club without giving my consent at all. They've been charging me for something I haven't signed up for. I've reported this and they have yet to contact me or give me a response to rectify their mistake. Most of the Edgars branches have closed so it's difficult for my to actually go.
