Unauthorized services being charged for.

Month after month they charge me R78 for CellC subscription fees. I never signed up for or agreed to this and worst of all, I have never even received any cellphone services from them. This has been ongoing for more than 6 months, with no response to numerous emails and phone calls, occurring interest.

I am obviously refusing to pay this account as I have no other charges to it, yet they have the audacity to phone me almost daily demanding payment and threatening to hand the account over for collection. These people phoning simply say they can't help with my issue.

This is blatant theft, Edgars!
