Unauthorized plans added to my account.

I noticed that Edgars has been charging me for Funeral plan, accident fee, and family plan for the last 2 months. I NEVER signed up for any of that. My account has been paid up since 2019. Please be careful and check your statements!

When I try to phone for them to remove it they put down the phone. I phoned 4 times now and it's the same story every time. This is *****.
