Unauthorized deductions
I am being billed since January for an amount of R19.99 for mobile content services. I phoned Edgars Accounts department and was given the runaround and eventually ended up at RMCS. They were supposed to contact me regarding my query. I have patiently waited a month for them. I now see on my February account that I am being billed fro R19.99 twice for SMS air subscription and R19.99 Mobile content fee. Can I please get an explanation what these deductions are for. I haven't authorized any SMS or Mobile content on my cell phone.
